Membership Policy

1. Joining

1.1 Membership is by application only, for senior leaders who meet our criteria. We may verify your details and decline any application, refunding anything paid.

1.2 Your membership starts when we confirm acceptance by email. It is personal to you and cannot be transferred, even if your employer pays.

2. Founding places

2.1 By holding a founding place, you authorise us to charge your saved card once with the founding annual fee for your tier, on or after your Sphere's launch date. We will email you at least 7 days before, and you may cancel free of charge at any time until then.

2.2 If your launch date moves, we will not charge you until at least 7 days after telling you.

3. Fees and your saved card

3.1 Fees are paid in advance, annually or monthly where offered. The price is the one shown to you at checkout. [UK prices include VAT. / VAT is added at the applicable rate.]

3.2 We may charge your saved card only for: the founding charge; renewal or monthly fees; an upgrade you request; and anything else you book and confirm at the time. We will not use it for anything else without your agreement.

3.3 You can update or remove your card at any time. If a payment fails, we may retry it and, after 14 days, suspend access until it is paid.

4. Renewal

4.1 Membership renews automatically for 12 months at [the founding rate / the standard rate], charged to your saved card on the renewal date. We remind you 30 to 60 days before, with the amount and how to cancel. Any price change is notified at least 30 days ahead.

5. Cancelling and refunds

5.1 You can cancel in one step using the link in any of our emails, or by emailing info@the-leadersphere.com.

5.2 If you cancel within 14 days of joining, or within 14 days of an annual charge, we will refund you, less [a proportionate amount for the time you have had access].

5.3 Otherwise, cancelling stops your next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are paid within 14 days to your card.
