Code of Conduct

Version [1.0]. Effective 21/10/26.

The Leadersphere works because members can speak openly with peers they trust. This code applies wherever we meet, in person or online, to members, guests, speakers, partners and our team.

Peers only

Nobody is here to be sold to. Do not use The Leadersphere to sell, seek investment or make hiring approaches without our written agreement. Help, advice and introductions between peers are the point.

What is said in the room stays in the room

Chatham House Rooms, Tracks and designated sessions follow the Chatham House Rule: use what you hear, but never who said it. Do not record or share private conversations, or what you learn about another member, without their consent. This continues after your membership ends.

Respect

Challenge ideas, not people. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination or intimidation, in person or online. At events, drink responsibly and look out for each other.

If something goes wrong

Tell us at info@the-leadersphere.com or speak to our team at an event. We will respond within 2 working days and handle it in confidence.

If the code is broken, we may warn, suspend or remove a member. Except in serious cases, we will hear their side first. Decisions can be appealed in writing within 14 days.
