1. About us

The Leadersphere is operated by ABM Alliance Limited, registered in England and Wales (12531955), C/O Mgb Accountants - Suite 22 Trym Lodge, 1 Henbury Road, Westbury-On-Trym, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS9 3HQ. Contact: info@the-leadersphere.com.

These terms apply to your membership, together with our Membership Policy, Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy. On fees, renewal and cancellation, the Membership Policy takes priority.

2. Your membership

2.1 Your tier's benefits are described on our website. We may change formats, events and partners over time. If a change significantly reduces your benefits, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

2.2 Benefits marked "coming soon" are not included until they launch.

2.3 Some benefits are provided by partners under their own terms. We will tell you if a partner benefit is withdrawn.

2.4 Keep your login secure and do not share your account.

3. Events

3.1 Places depend on capacity and, for some events, tier or invitation. We may change venues, times or speakers, and will refund any separately paid event we cancel.

3.2 We may photograph some events. Chatham House sessions are never recorded. Tell us if you would rather not appear.

4. Ending your membership

4.1 We may suspend or end your membership if you seriously breach these terms or the Code of Conduct, or gave us false information when applying. Except in serious cases, we will raise it with you first. No refund is due in these cases.

4.2 We may end your membership for any other reason on 30 days' notice, with a pro-rata refund.

5. Our responsibility

5.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our lack of reasonable care. Nothing limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

5.2 If you hold your membership for business purposes, our liability in any year is limited to the fees paid for that year.

5.3 We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control. Content shared by members, speakers and partners is not professional advice.

6. General

6.1 We will give 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms. You may cancel before they take effect.

6.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
